A sanded, jointless, decorative flooring system based on a mass-dyed epoxy resin with a reduced VOC content and aggregate in the form of:
pieces of transparent glass, marble or granite aggregate.
1. Concrete substrate.
2 Priming layer, Siconofloor GF-E or any other from the Siconofloor line, depending on the requirements of the substrate (Siconofloor GW-E or Siconofloor G13-E or Siconofloor GLV-E)
3 Siconofloor SL100-E consumption approx. 3 kg/m2.
4. Sprinkle with decorative aggregate until the floor surface is slightly saturated. Estimated consumption of decorative aggregate approx. 3.0-18 kg/m2 (depending on the required system thickness, granulation and type of aggregate used, and the decorative effect to be obtained)
5. Siconofloor SL 100-E, consumption approx. 2.0 kg/m2
Sanding and polishing the surface to obtain the desired visual effect of the floor. Sanding should start with the least invasive pad.
6. Implementation of the varnish layer with the use of a suitable varnish from the Siconofloor line (e.g. Siconofloor PU-Matin/ Siconofloor PU-Satin).
