SICON S100 is a ready-to-use dry-ash (DST dry shake topping) to cure new concrete surfaces. Contains selected, hard quartz aggregates (Si02 above 99.8%), highly modified cement binders, pigments and other special additives.
Applied to fresh and worn concrete, it creates a smooth, hard and abrasion-resistant layer with a marble structure. The reinforced floor surface, thanks to optimized components, is a solid monolithic concrete structure.
SICON S100 is designed for abrasion-resistant, hard-wearing concrete floors.
It is designed for floors in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, workshops, shopping centres, where abrasion resistance and significantly reduced dusting are required. The preparation increases the compressive strength of the top layer of the floor, improves hardness, slip resistance and also reduces water and oil penetration. SICON S100 can be used in areas where there are no aggressive chemical effects that would affect the hardened cement matrix.
